Cyclosporine modified 25mg

CycloSPORINE is used mainly to treat atopic dermatitis in cats and dogs. It helps reduce itching and the occurrence of skin lesions due to scratching. It is also used as an immunosuppressant for immune-mediated diseases and as part of protocol to reduce the rejections of allografts in transplant medicine in dogs and cats.

Possible Side Effects

Gastrointestinal side effects like vomiting, diarrhea and lack of appetite have been reported. Other less-common side effects may include muscle cramps, muscle weakness and change in hair. Alert your vet if you notice signs, such as facial swelling, difficulty breathing, hives, scratching, vomiting, diarrhea and pale gums, as these may be symptoms of an allergic reaction.

Recommended Dosage

Give as directed by your veterinarian. Give without food unless your veterinarian tells you otherwise. Do not open sprinkle contents on food.

Storage Instructions

Similar brands are stored and dispensed in the original unit-dose container at controlled room temperature between 59° - 77°F.
